When will your Christmas trees be ready for sale?

We're hoping to have our first trees ready for harvesting by 2011. It is possible that some could be ready by 2010, but we'll just have to wait and see. We'll post on the Home Page as the times grows nearer.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone and we'll ship your order.

What kinds of Christmas Ornaments do you sell?

We have a wide range of ornaments and we're adding to it each week! Merck Family's Old World Christmas, Varsovia of Poland, Raz Imports, Inge-Glas of Germany, Santa Klaus & Company and Christopher Radko. Some are mouth-blown, hand painted glass, others are made of wood, metal or plastic.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping charges were recently revamped in an effort to simplyify the procedure and to make it more economical. Shipping is based on total price of order. Most of the time for 1-3 ornaments shipping will be First Class USPS, but depending on weight and dimension we may use Priority Mail or UPS. Anytime you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we'll be happy to accomodate.

How are the ornaments packaged?

Most are wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap. We use sturdy cardboard boxes and foam packing peanuts.

What if my ornament is broken when it arrives?
|

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly send you a replacement if available. If an identical ornament is not available, we will promptly refund your money.

Do you take returns?

We pride ourselves on Customer Service and want you to be satisfied with your item, but we only take returns or do refunds for damage that occurs in shipping or for an error on our part.

If there is a special ornament I'm looking for and you don't have it on the website, can you get it?

It's possible we could have it in stock, and just not on the website yet, contact us! If its from a company we purchase from, we would give consideration to purchasing it with our next order, depending on price, quantity required etc.
