Made of mouth blown, hand painted glass.  Pale yellow with silvery gray, dark brown wings with silver glittering. Clip on style bird with real tail feathers.

Birds are symbols of happiness and joy, so they are regarded as a necessity on the Christmas tree. Glassblwoers often kept wild birds during the winter months since the sound of the gas flame in iteh worship prompted teh birds to sing. Then when spring arrived, the birds returned to freedom.
